1. Agreement and operator
These Terms are an agreement between you and IsolateCard, an individual-operated business based in Kentucky, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Isolatedd is the website and profile service at isolatedd.xyz. By creating an account, using the service, or buying Premium, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Premium provisions below are also the service agreement for that purchase.
2. Eligibility and your account
Isolatedd is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms with you. You are responsible for your account activity, keeping your password private, and telling us through the contact form if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not impersonate others or create accounts to evade a restriction.
3. The service
You can create and customize a public profile with text, links, images, audio, and visual effects. Public profile content can be seen, shared, and saved by other people. We may change features, impose reasonable technical limits, or interrupt access for maintenance and security. We will give reasonable notice of material changes when practicable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular number of profile views.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate, secure, and promote your public profile and the service. This license ends when your content is removed, except for copies retained for lawful backup, security, or dispute purposes. You must have the rights needed to upload and share your content, including music, images, and personal information about other people.
Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, threatening, harassing, or privacy-invasive material, malware, or content that exploits children. Do not attack the service, scrape it in a way that disrupts it, or use it for spam or fraud. Links to outside websites are your responsibility; we do not control those sites.
5. Premium service and payment
Premium is currently offered for $8 USD as a one-time purchase. There is no monthly or annual renewal. The advertised features currently include a Premium badge, five alias slots, username changes every 15 days, 14-day analytics, up to four audio tracks, wide and offset card layouts, text fonts and custom font upload, video backgrounds, animated GIF avatar uploads, a Discord server widget, a second tab, and Dither, Plasma, and Typewriter effects. Connected Discord accounts can use their Discord avatars, including animated avatars, without Premium. We may improve or replace individual features, but we will not convert an existing one-time purchase into a recurring charge without your separate agreement.
“8 Dollars once, forever” means that your purchased Premium entitlement does not have a scheduled expiration or recurring fee. It does not guarantee that Isolatedd will exist or every feature will remain available forever. Premium applies only to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred. Taxes, if applicable, are shown before payment. Stripe processes payment information; we do not receive your full card number.
6. Refunds and payment disputes
No refunds, except where required by law. Contact us through the contact form about a billing error or a legal refund right. A completed refund or payment reversal removes the related Premium entitlement. The current platform also applies a 30-day restriction to the purchasing account after a Premium refund and may restrict the purchase network for the same period unless it is classified as shared. If a restriction is applied in error or conflicts with a legal right, contact us for review. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
7. Moderation and termination
We may remove content or suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, abuse, security risk, legal request, or payment issue. We may act immediately for urgent risks. You may stop using the service at any time. Closing an account does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including payment disputes, intellectual property, and limits of liability, survive termination.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, Isolatedd is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of $100 USD or what you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, except where law prohibits that limit or the claim arises from fraud or intentional misconduct.
9. Law and disputes
Kentucky law governs these Terms, except where another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer protections apply. Courts located in Kentucky may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please use the contact form so we can try to resolve the issue informally. This does not prevent you from exercising a legal right or contacting a regulator.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide notice of material changes when practicable. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase without your agreement, except as required by law. If you continue using the service after an update takes effect, the updated Terms apply to future use. For questions, billing issues, or legal notices, use the on-site contact form.
